A survey Our school offers a total of 3 Undergraduate Programs for new students enrolled including Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, Biotechnology, and an International Program of Food Science & Engineering. About 600 undergraduate candidates will be enrolled annually. The Undergraduate Program of Food Science & Engineering is being constructed as National First-Level Undergraduate Course, as well as Jiangsu Provincial level Brand Program. Two courses of “Food Processing Machinery and Equipment” and “Food Modern Detecting Techniques” have been approved as the “State-Level Excellent Resource Sharing Courses”,as well as “ State-Level Fine Quality Courses”. “Food Processing Machinery and Equipment” has been awarded as “National First-Level Undergraduate Course”. |
