Our school has 139 faculties and staffs. The faculty team consists of 125 full-time members including 34 professors and 63 associate professors. The academic research group includes 28 PhD supervisors and 92 Master supervisors.120 of faculties have Ph. D degree and 73 of them had the experience of studying abroad. 2008 and 2019 Second Prize of National Technological Invention Award，2012 Science & Innovation Award of The Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation，2020 National Innovation Award，10 First Prizes for Technological Invention & Scientific and Technological Progress of Jiangsu Province and Ministry of Education，31 Second or Third prizes for Technological Invention & Scientific and Technological Progress of Jiangsu Province and Ministry of Education.The young teachers under 45 years old account for more than 77% of the FBE faculty team, which means that FBE has the vigorous faculty resource and the reasonable personal structure.
