2004.09-2008.07, School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical  Engineering.

 

Professional Experience

2013.06 until now, Jiangsu University, School of Food and Biological Engineering, Professor, doctor supervisor.
 2015.12-2017.03, High Technology Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, project management about the National Key Research and Development Program.
 2014.05-2015.06, postdoctoral in the University of Tennessee (USA), the main research direction was chemical catalyst (Porous molecular sieve) preparation.

 

Scientific Research Field

1) Research on the electrochemical detection of enzymes, aptamers and bionic enzyme biosensors in food safety and food nutrition (such as pesticide residues in agricultural products, antioxidant Catechol in tea, electrochemical detection of antioxidant Tert-Butylhydroquinone in edible oil, and rapid electrochemical detection of glucose in honey).

2) Immobilized enzyme catalyst to synthesis high value-added nutritional chemicals for food. (For example, the development of enzymatic preparation technology for functional foods such as infant milk powder fortifier OPO structural fat, vitamin E succinate, vitamin C palmitate, plant sterol ester, etc.)

 

Social academic post and honor

Expert of the National Natural Science Foundation. Reviewer of international journals such as Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural Food and Chemistry, Applied surface science etc.. Vice president of science and technology High level talent plan of Jiangsu Province, and vice chairman of Jiangsu University of the Democratic National Construction Association.
