The thesis defense was held to assess research dissertations for graduate students.

The contest received nearly 21 pieces of works. The research field involved in Food Processing Technique, Extraction and Separation Technology of function component in Food, Detection Technology of Food Quality and Safety Characteristic, and etc.
The review has lasted for 3 hours. Through editors' careful selection, the winners went to 12 persons of 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes in the end.
