On May 5, professor Chen pei from USDA (United States Department of Agriculture)/ ARS (Agricultural Research Service), Human Nutrition Research Center was appointed part-time professor of Jiangsu University.
Jiangsu University vice president professor Chen Long conferred professor Chen a letter of appointment and pinned a Jiangsu University emblem for him. After the appointing ceremony, professor Chen made an academic lecture. Professor Chen ,having been engaged in the research of food analysis for many years, has made outstanding contributions about analysis machines, such as HPLC, chromatography-mass spectrometry , UV spectrophotometry ,etc.
