On Dec 14^th, Dr. Chen Jianshe from The University of Leeds made an academic lecture named ‘Food oral processing: some fundamental principles underpinning eating and sensory perception’. After the lecture, Dr. Chen talked with some students who are about to study in The University of Leeds. Dr. Chen , having been engaged in the research on ’Oral dynamics of eating and swallowing’ for many years, has made outstanding contributions.
