Wine Culture Salon

On April 23, 2014, Wine Culture Salon was held by graduate student union of School of Food and Biology Engineering. Professor Ma Yongkun was invited to attend this salon.
At the beginning, the host made a brief opening remark and gave a warm welcome to prof. Ma. Prof. Ma Yong kun carried out a discussion of wine culture with audience which contained the originals and history regarding wine, processing technology for wine, essential factors that impact the quality and the functional effects of wine. Moreover, Prof.Ma’s sense of humor influenced both Chinese students and international students. Then the manager of Zhenjiang Guoshengyuan technology.co.LTD, Zhang Long introduced three kinds of wine and told the audience how to taste wine. Also, many students expressed their feelings about the aroma and flavor of the wine. Everybody enjoyed themselves. At last, the host ended the activity with summary and acknowledgements.
This salon was definitely a joyful journey for everybody. Some students said that they obtained more knowledge about wine culture and more methods to choose wine through this experience.
