On Apr. 25, Robert McGorrin and Yanyun Zhao from Oregon State University Visited Jiangsu University.Prof. Robert McGorrin introduced Oregon State University and the Department of Food Science and Technology (FST). Prof. Yanyun Zhao delivered an academic lecture named Edible coatings and films for enhancing food quality and ensuring food safety. Ma Haile, Dean of School of Food and Biological Engineering, and some faculty members and students of the school attended the lecture.
