On the afternoon of October 16th, the School of Food and Biological Engineering successfully held a university-level public class event for international students in Room 1319 of the Jingjiang Building. Professor Lin Hao from the Department of Food Science and Engineering taught the public class, and nearly 10 young teachers from the college's assistant teaching and training period observed the public class.
Based on a brief review of the previous classroom lecture, Teacher Lin Hao introduced the new content of this public class: Optical characteristics in foods. While explaining professional knowledge clearly and concisely, Teacher Lin combined ideological and political elements, such as the broad prospects of food-related majors and the excellent scientific research achievements of our college's teachers in non-destructive testing, to achieve practical knowledge transmission and promote the cultivation of professional competence. The observing teachers believe that the atmosphere of this public class is good, the course structure is tight and detailed, the key points of the course content are prominent, the logical thinking is clear, and it has a good demonstration effect.
This demonstration public class activity provides a platform for outstanding international student course instructors to showcase their skills, as well as for young teachers to discuss and exchange ideas. The aim is to improve the teaching skills of young professional teachers through mutual learning and reference, and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality in our college.
