The lab was authorized by Education Department of Jiangsu province in 2010 and established in School of Food and Biological Engineering Jiangsu University. It aims at applying physical methods on quality detection of agricultural products and on main procedures of processing and preservation of high quality agricultural products.

(2) Technique and equipment for physical extraction and modification of effective components of agricultural products.
