Doctorate

University: Nanjing Agricultural University, China

Date: June, 29th 2016

Supervisor:  Zhang Haibin

Title of   thesis: Molecular Regulation of Interferons, P53 and Pattern Recognition   Receptors mediated Antiviral Innate Immune Response by Chicken Cellular miRNA

Professional   Experience

From 2016 – to   date   Associate professor, Institute of Veterinary Medicine,   Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences

From 2012 to   2016     Assistant professor, Institute of Veterinary Medicine,   Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences

From 2009 to   2012     Research assistant, Institute of Veterinary Medicine,   Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Science In 2016, I became Associate   professor.

Scientific Research Field

I am mainly   engaged in research on prevention and control of Infection bursal disease   virus(IBDV), which causes severe immunosuppressive disease in young chickens   and continues to pose a significant threat to the poultry. My research   content includes two aspects: in the aspect of application research, mainly   engaged in the research of IBDV genetic engineering vaccine, the development   of IBDV monoclonal antibody and the development of IBDV antibody competitive   ELISA detection kit; In the basic research of IBDV, I mainly studied the   molecular mechanism of miRNA anti-IBDV innate immunity in chickens, the   molecular mechanism of IBDV antagonistic cell RNAi and the molecular   mechanism of IBDV regulating cell miRNA antagonistic cell interferon   expression.

Social academic post and honor

From 2018–to   date    Youth top talent of Jiangsu academy of agricultural   sciences
