On Oct. 11, Prof. Arun S. Mujumdar from McGill University and Prof. Min Zhang from Jiangnan University were appointed part-time professor of Jiangsu University. At the ceremony, Zou Xiaob, Dean of School of Food and Biological Engineering, hold the ceremony, Zhang Jijian, vice president, granted Dr. Arun S. Mujumdar and Dr. Min Zhang letter of appointment, pinned Jiangsu University emblem for them. Dean Zou Xiaobo made a brief introduction of Dr. Arun S. Mujumdar and Dr. Min Zhang Curriculum Vitae and major academic achievements. More than 100 Sino-foreign faculty members and students of the school attended the ceremony. After the ceremony, Dr. Arun S. Mujumdar and Dr. Min Zhang separately made lectures entitled Recent developments in drying technologies and future R&D needs and Food 3D Printing and Its Consideration.
