Scientific Research Field

My laboratory is interested in etiology, drug resistance and research   and development of control technology on E.coli, involving shiga toxin E.coli   (STEC), enterotoxin E.coli (ETEC), extraintestinal pathogenic E.coli (ExPec).   The detailed research direction: The epidemic and genetic evolution of E.coli in farm and slaughtering   process; Analysis of E.coli resistance,   investigation of resistance mechanism and development of alternatives for   antibiotics; Study on rapid detection and prevention   and control technology of E.coli; Study on mucosal adjuvant and its mechanism.
