The detailed research direction: ①The epidemic and genetic evolution of E.coli in farm and slaughtering process; ②Analysis of E.coli resistance, investigation of resistance mechanism and development of alternatives for antibiotics; ③Study on rapid detection and prevention and control technology of E.coli; ④Study on mucosal adjuvant and its mechanism.
