Scientific Research Field

My laboratory is interested in etiology, drug resistance and research and development of control technology on E.coli, involving shiga toxin E.coli (STEC), enterotoxin E.coli (ETEC), extraintestinal pathogenic E.coli (ExPec). The detailed research direction: ①The epidemic and genetic evolution of E.coli in farm and slaughtering process; ②Analysis of E.coli resistance, investigation of resistance mechanism and development of alternatives for antibiotics; ③Study on rapid detection and prevention and control technology of E.coli; ④Study on mucosal adjuvant and its mechanism.
