Education and Professional Experience
2013.06 until now, Jiangsu University, School of Food and Biological Engineering, Associate Professor, Master Tutor.
2015.12-2017.03, High Technology Research and Development Center of The Ministry of Science and Technology, engage in project process management in the field of energy science of the "973" plan during the 12th five-year Plan; assist to fulfill the management standard establishment, expert pool build up, project acceptance, project approval review, project mandate sign up, and other related jobs in the "nano technology" "protein machine" of the National Key Research and Development Program during 2015-2016 year.
2014.05-2015.06, postdoctoral in the University of Tennessee (Knox), the main research direction is chemical catalytic process integration and catalyst preparation in the biological refining industry, crude oil continuous dehydration more than 500 h in the special system, so far the highest reported level (published at ChemSusChem, cover report).

Scientific Research Field
Main research direction: 1) Chemical Catalytic Process Integration and Catalyst Preparation in Bio-refinery. Biomass platform compounds Glycerin (by-product of waste oil converted to biodiesel) Catalytic dehydration into high value-added products Acrylic acid, Biomass platform compounds 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (fructose/glucose dehydration products) Selective oxidation Preparation of food Packaging polymer material monomer 2, 5-furan dicarboxylic acid, lipase catalytic conversion to synthesis short-chain fatty acid ethyl or iso-pentyl ester natural flavor with a strong fruit flavor. 2) Controllable synthesis porous materials, surface modification, instrument characterization, explore to establish the structure-activity relationship and reveal the enzyme catalysis mechanism, and prepare efficient and stable enzyme sensor to carry out high sensitivity and rapid detection of harmful substances in food.
